This private luxury villa in Amman, Jordan is designed on a 1,200 sqm plot, with a total built-up area of approximately 1,300 sqm, reflecting a contemporary architectural approach defined by fluidity, balance, and spatial clarity. The design is characterized by soft curved forms, layered horizontal terraces, and generous openings that create a strong visual connection between the interior spaces and the surrounding landscape.

The material palette combines natural stone, refined concrete finishes, warm wood elements, and expansive glass surfaces, creating a calm yet sophisticated architectural expression. Outdoor spaces were carefully planned as an extension of the architecture, integrating water features, landscaped gardens, and multiple seating areas to enhance comfort and lifestyle quality.

This project represents Maroon Architects’ design philosophy—where architecture, landscape, and materiality come together to create timeless, elegant residential spaces tailored for modern living.
