Nestled within the serene and prestigious neighborhood of Irqah, Riyadh, this distinguished multi-building estate exemplifies the seamless integration of sophisticated interior and landscape design, crafted by Maroon Architects. Spanning a generous 1,800 SQM plot, the project comprises three interconnected structures: a grand main villa dedicated to the father, and two attached villas (visible from the main elevation but designed to ensure privacy from the interiors). With a total built-up area of 2,366 SQM, this estate is a testament to luxury, comfort, and architectural excellence.

Our approach began with creating an inviting yet regal ambiance, balancing modern elegance with timeless design elements. The interiors are characterized by spacious, light-filled living areas adorned with warm neutral tones, luxurious textures, and bespoke furnishings that exude comfort and sophistication.
